Is your club, class year, or committee hosting an event or need money? Clubs must fill out the Blue event sheet - link below and submit at least 2-4 weeks prior to event date.
- Collegiate Treasurers and Campus Life Staff review blue and pink sheets on Tuesdays at 11am.
Clubs will be notified by the end of the day Tuesday via their Wells email if their blue sheet has been approved and of the approval amount.
- Once your blue sheet has been approved your pink sheet can be approved. Approved pink sheets are the only way clubs can receive access to funds.
- Pink sheets can be found and turned in to the Student Organization Center (SOC) on the 3rd floor of Smith Hall.
- Clubs are encouraged to fill out pink sheets at the same time as blue sheets to speed up the approval and allocation process.
Pink Sheets must be signed by a Collegiate treasurer and the club treasurer BEFORE being taken to Campus Life.
