The Wells College residence halls are your "home away from home," and are designed to be a community where you can learn, live, sleep, and be comfortable in. It is where you'll learn about yourself, others and the world we live in; it's where you'll have the opportunity to take on challenges, discover leadership opportunities, and learn to be an independent thinker.  You'll have the opportunity to interact with new people, explore new interests, and learn to solve problems.

Summer 2022 Housing Information

Only students that are registered for classes in Fall 2022 semester and are working for Wells College during the summer, or are participating in an internship through Wells College in the surrounding area, are eligible to apply for summer housing.  Students working for the Inns of Aurora are also eligible.  Students graduating in May 2022 are not eligible for summer housing on-campus.

All summer students will be housed in Dodge Hall.  Because there are limited spaces available, single occupancy rooms are not guaranteed and cannot be promised.

Summer housing will be offered at Wells College from Monday, May 23, until Friday, August 27, 2022.  Students may choose to stay for the entirety of the summer, or times within the dates offered.

Summer Housing costs either $50/week or $200/month. For the week of May 23-27, all students must pay the $50/week payment. Then they can begin to make monthly payments starting June 1st. Payments will be collected via the Globe with a credit/debit card.
