In February 2021, the College unveiled an updated strategic plan whose goal is to strengthen our core offerings while also introducing several new initiatives. Our vision is that Wells will be a strong and thriving residential undergraduate liberal arts college for generations to come, supported by revenues from a diverse portfolio of educational programs that respond to changing educational trends and are consistent with Wells College’s mission and purpose.

The President’s Cabinet is working with stakeholders throughout our community as we work to implement this plan. Regular updates will be posted to the public website at wells.edu/strategic-plan.
