Your gift makes a difference. Thank you for your support of Wells!
The Wells community is comprised of many, many talented, dedicated and loyal individuals - from current students to alumni and parents to staff and faculty. We recognize and honor everyone in different ways and at different times. If you are interested in honoring someone special, follow the link below to leave a tribute.
Reunion giving is an opportunity for you to stretch your annual giving. There is an expectation that each class will present a class gift to the College to honor their Reunion. The class Reunion gift includes everything given or pledged by members of the class during the Reunion fiscal year (July 1 - June 30). This includes gifts to the Wells Fund, gifts designated to another specific fund or purpose at Wells, expected employer matching gifts, planned gifts contracted during the Reunion year, and gifts made by friends or family members in honor or memory of a member of the class.
All pledges made for a 3-year period will count as well. That means, if you want to give a sizable amount over a period of time, you can contribute a third of the total each year beginning in the Reunion year and all of it will go toward the class Reunion gift.
In the past Reunion classes could have a Reunion fund and then the class would vote where to designate that money. Now the College would like to encourage all Reunion classes to contribute to the Wells Fund but if you are celebrating a major Reunion and think your class has the capacity to raise over $100,000 we would be glad to work with you to fund a special project to honor your Reunion. We will need to set this up as early as possible in the fiscal year.
